I bought it for 100 dollars. The scanner/copier does not work. That was the reason I bought it. all it does is print and get paper jams.

This thing has given me no end of trouble since I got it, and thankfully it was a gift and I didn't pay for it. It's junk.

It's had a bad black ink head pretty much since it came out of the box and no amount of cleaning helps, so it's pretty much useless. If I want to print something it has to use the color ink.

Even then, it likes to throw a lot of errors about it's ink level, it's paper level, and whatnot.

I'm going to recycle this thing and get myself a Canon.

This printer has been around for a few years and is still going strong. I just purchased this as a backup for my original C4480. I like that there are only 2 cartridges for the printer.

The description for this printer sounded good when I read it. The reviews varied. I wanted a printer that uses tri-color ink cartridges because they are often cheaper than buying individual color cartridges. I've had this printer less than two months and I have not used in very much. Black ink appears on my photographs instead of the correct color. I'm now getting unexplainable graphics and various shaped white rectangles on my prints. I have cleaned the nozzle, print head and the inside of the printer which has dirty ink residue on it. The thin instruction booklet doesn't tell you much and the help guide on the computer hasn't been helpful either. I dislike the software that wants to be updated regularly and the interference it causes when I'm in the mist of my projects. This printer should be discontinued as far as I'm concerned. What a waste of my money.
